1. I have to have a bottle of Aquafina water wherever I go...doesn't matter where I am or where I'm going...have to have it. We always have a fully stocked fridge of this "pure water with the perfect taste." If I'm caught without it, I panic. It also justifies my need for large and oversized purses...have to have room for the water.
2. I have this "thing" about doing everything in 4's. If I do it once, I have to do it four times...usually in a row. Brady gets kisses in "4's", I sip 4 sips at a time, things are bought in groups of "4"...you get the idea. I realize this sounds more OCD than quirky, but hey, it's the truth.
3. I am known to be a bad passenger on car rides. I have a tendency to fall asleep very easily in the car. It doesn't matter if it's an hour long ride or a 5 minute ride...I'm usually out. Last year, I feel asleep in the midst of taaaalllkking to my friend Kate. She let me sleep, but I haven't lived it down. Poor Brady...I try!
4. I am crazy about the doors being locked at night. I will lock them and check them over and over again. You guessed it...usually 4 times. If Brady comes to bed after me and is in charge of locking them, I will ask him over and over again,"Are the doors locked? Are you sure? Are you SURE? Are you 100% absolutely positively SURE?" He will calmly answer yes every time and shake his head as he watches me get up to check one last time.
5. I am a curious being. If I get into a discussion with someone and the details or facts of what we are discussing don't compare, I will research the topic to see what the exact story is. Brady many a times hears, "I don't know about that. I'll have to look it up." I am also always asking random questions out of the blue. "When do you think the paint roller was invented?" "Why do you think they named Starbucks, "Starbucks?" "Do you think the dot over the letter "i" has a name? I mean really really random and useless questions. BUT, curious minds want to know and that's why they invented Google!
6. I tend to be very routine based. If something goes off course, it may just throw off my entire day. The other day Brady and I were driving to Target. ( I managed to stay awake for the ride.) He was driving and turned early of where I would've normally turned. It quite literally threw me off and I had to tell him that this was not the normal way to Target and that I like to go a certain way. Poor guy...I don't know how he does it!
7. (why is it that everyone has to have juuuuuuuuuuust one more?) I'm notorious for writing my name over and over again on pieces of paper. In college, while talking on the phone, I would write my name repeatedly until the paper was filled up. My roommates often found post-it notes, notebooks, etc filled with my signature. I like to think that subconsciously I thought I would be famous and was preparing to sign autographs. I also like to print the word "unwind" and write the word "Egypt" in cursive, but that's a whole different can of worms!
Kay, well, I think that everyone else I know in blogland has already been tagged so I do believe that leaves my Minnesota girls! McNair and Quizicous...let's hear it!
...and a little bit of quirky to leave you with today. I am a firm believer that you are never too old to jump on the bed.

Queen Krysta ...I love this picture of you. McNair and Tylan are here with us and we are just viewing all of the blogs and I am working on my Quirky List. We are laughing and having a blast just enjoying them. Tylan has discovered that he too has lots of funny quirks.
